It was double celebration for dutch player Michaella Krajicek (rank 207, former Nº30). She won her first round match on grass and also received an unexpected marriage proposal from her boyfriend, german Martin Emmrich who is also a professional tennis player.
After her match win over Jana Cepelove (Nº62), she was surprise by her boyfriend who entered the court. Emmrich took a few steps and said a few words before asking her to marry him. Check out the video!
